Even though the bar at Martínez is nine metres long, it’s the hot made-to-order pintxos that really stand out. Red pepper stuffed with tuna (pimiento relleno de bonito con salsa tártara), octopus skewer (brocheta de pulpo) and the courgette stuffed with crab (charlota rellena de crema de centollo) all come highly recommended.
