We've only visited Mesón Martín twice, and we must go more often! It's a popular place, just across the Boulevard from the Old Town, and has fantastic hams hanging above the bar. The star pintxo is La Trainera - a tasty ham, squid and prawn combo which resembles a fishing boat. Also from the hot menu, the salt cod stuffed peppers are great!
